The same relates to the opportunity to make money. The principle is the same. People buy the products which they see advertised and think that if they buy them they will make their lifes wonderful. Everybody wants to live a good life. So if you see somebody who advertising the products living its life successful, you believe that you will have good life as well, when you buy this product.
As soon as marketers understand this fact, they will not be irritable about the things that are not acceptable for them. They can not stand this sort of videos or you do not like such videos, then you are not the target of the market.
There is a good idea. Instead of keep on complaining about the things you do not like, you can start to write down a list of such thing. Perhaps in such a way you will have a bank account and it worth more than several pennies to watch every month.
